The course in a nutshell

Private course with Zoom meeting, personalised learning plan and guidance
Study and practise independently when it suits with the support of your YKI coach
Includes one Zoom meeting where we look at the YKI writing exercises and requirements.
The YKI coach will guide you throughout the course via email and Whatsapp and you will get personal feedback, recommendations and tips to improve your writing
Writing tips, examples and recommendations
Different writing exercises and mock exams to work on independently
The duration of the course is 4 weeks and each week we will focus on a different skill

More about the course

This course is designed to prepare you for the writing part of the intermediate level YKI test (The National Certificates Of Language Proficiency). The writing part consists of three different YKI type assignments, that might be for example requiring more information about a service, formal work email, formal complaint or opinion writing. By practising these assignments you will get useful writing skills for everyday situations. The course is designed for A2-B2 skill level. The duration of the course is four weeks.

You can start the course when it is a good time for you, just send me a message and we can agree on the start date and schedule our Zoom meeting. We will start the course with one-on-one Zoom meeting where we will asess your level, define your goals and make a personalised learning plan. We will also look at the YKI writing exercises and requirements. Each week you will get one mock test with different exercises to work on independently. The YKI coach will guide you throughout the course via email. She will also be available for any questions you might have throughout the course. After submitting assignments you will get detailed corrections, feedback and recommendations to improve your writing.
